We want your story to bring excitement! If you are not happy with your tale, please let us know so that we can make it right.
If you think your Tale is not right for you, you can switch to another Tale within 30 days. Please note that only one switch is allowed.
If you prefer a refund, we will cancel your subscription and issue a full refund if you cancel within 30 days of your first letter. You are welcome to keep any letters that have already been delivered.
Please note that all Classroom Kits are final sale and cannot be returned.
Refunds On Other Products
Any non-letter products can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Products must be in the same new condition they were delivered in. You are responsible for return shipping charges.
