Shipping Rates and Free Shipping

Shipping charges for your tales (letter) is included in your product price.

Shipping charges for merchandise orders will be shown during checkout.

We currently mail to addresses in the United States (including all territories and APO addresses) and Canada using the US Postal Service.

International shipping will be added later in 2026. Please contact us with any questions.

When a letter is not delivered due to an incorrect mailing address, we can resend one letter at no charge.

If you have moved, please notify us at support@MailboxTales.com with your updated address as early as possible.

Notifying your post office will only change your mailing address with your post office.

You may change your Tale within 60 days. After 60 days, changing your tale is not possible. Please contact our support team for assistance.
