Our Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our number one concern. If you are dissatisfied, please let us know, and we will do our best to make it right.
Our general return and refund policies for specific products are below.
30-Day Full Refund Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied with your tale, please let us know. We will cancel your subscription and issue a full refund for tales cancelled within 30 days of the second letter. You are welcome to keep any letters that have been delivered.
Prepaid Tales
We will issue a full refund within 30 days of your second letter. After 60 days, refunds are not available for prepaid tales.
Refunds on Other Products
Any non-letter products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Products must be in the same new condition they were delivered in. You are responsible for shipping charges.
